Superhuman physical powers: Electro can generate electrostatic energy through his body at the rate of 1000 volts per minute and store up tp 1,000,000 volts. At 10 feet his normal charge is more than enough to kill a normal man. He can also fire his electrostatic energy as arcs of lightning from his fingertips at the rate of 1,100 feet per second for a range of about 100 feet.

Superhuman mental powers: Electro has the ability to override any electrical device, and manipulate it to his own mental commands
