Thor and George are the newest additions to my rat family and are still babies!
They are all friendly, playful, and loaded with personality!
RESCUED FROM A HIGH SCHOOL LOCKER!
Oden (black and white hooded) was rescued by a high school biology teacher who discovered that a student was keeping him in a locker.
The teacher's daughter, Vickie, (who gave Oden to me) believes that he was born around October 10, 2002.
His parents, origins, etc. are unknown.
Oden is very playful. Around the third week of March, 2003, he suddenly realized he could brux, and now he never stops! He loves to be held and often scratches up my arms trying to get to my shoulder. I guess he just loves me to pieces! ;)

RESCUED FROM A PET STORE!
Loki (beige hooded) was rescued from a Petland in Ohio. He was sleeping under a large pile of other baby rats.
I have approximated his birth date at around October 20, 2002.
He's my shy boy, probably because he wasn't handled enough as a baby. Its fun, though, to watch as he becomes more accepting to me and to handling. He doesn't much care for being held, but he loves to be petted on his back and under his chin.
SPECIALLY BRED TO BE SWEET!

Denny comes from a litter of twelve, parents Belldandy and Butchy, all Snowshoe Siamese. He was born on October 28, 2002.
His breeder was Vickie B. of Curiosity Rattery.
He is the first "bred" rat that I've lived with.
Vickie strives to breed rats that are gentle and friendly, the best pet rats possible. If Denny does't make her proud, nothing will!
Denny is fearless! He's as comfortable in your hand as he is on his own feet and is constantly exploring. He is certainly one of the most mellow rats I've ever met. Often, he comes when called. View Denny's pedigree here.

Thor is black-capped and was born on October 1, 2003. His parents are Saria and Egon of Curiosity Rattery.
His breeder was Vickie B. of Curiosity Rattery.
Thor is a very sensitive little guy who likes to be held and petted.
He's a bit timid now, but I bet he'll outgrow it soon and be just as rowdy as his cage-mates. And he loves fortune cookies! :)

George is a mismarked BEW dumbo rex and was born October 24, 2003. His parents are Cupid and Pyche of Curiosity Rattery.
His breeder was Vickie B. of Curiosity Rattery.
This sweetie is quite possible the cutest thing to hit the rat world. He's playful and inquistive... and never holds still!
My older rats are fascinated with him; I guess because he is so active and unintimidated. Geoge likes to be held, as does Thor, but George doesn't have time to hang out and cuddle... it's GO! GO! GO! all the time!
