Did you know that Ed's wife's name changes from ethel in the naked gun to edna in NG 2.5 ??
In Naked Gun 33 and a half, Rocco doesn't put the bomb in the best actress envolope, thats on the top of the pile, Rocco puts it on the bottom.
In the scene where Frank has wrestled Reggie Jackson to the ground and the Angels and Mariners all get into the big fight, one Mariner holding a chair goes up behind an Angel with the number 5 on his jersey and the last name 'Beverly'. BUT in the next shot when he actually hits the player with the chair, the jersey number becomes 50 and the last name changes to something with the letter L but I can't exactly make out the full name. But it HAS changed!
