There are two in Wichita, KS for public play.  One is at Moe's Sub Shop at Wassall and Hydraulic.  This machine is still only a quarter per credit.  I think right now it is out of order, but I usually play it 3 times a week or so at lunch.  Also at Flight Lanes Bowling alley on E. Harry St. in Wichita there is a .50 per credit machine.
