Item was clearly used before.
Item was clearly used before and probly returned cause they never work. This was my 3rd attempt and still no sea-monkeys. Used items should not be sold unless noted. That really makes me mad.
To make things worse item was shipped by amazon. So you wonder if they had it sitting in there warehouse. Item did NOT get shipped directly from bravofun so don't know if they can be blamed.
