| Spring Salad mix (or whatever you prefer) | |
| 1-1/2 Cups | Peeled Mangos, diced |
| 2 Cups | grilled chicken, previously marinated in Lowery's Mesquite marinade |
| Dressing: | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| Whisk dressing very well right before you put on salad. | ||
| NOTES: | Now for this salad, I like to decrease the olive oil down to one tablespoon or less, and increase the white wine vinegar. I also like to add some lime juice, I've never measured this, but I would say about a tablespoon and a half. | |
