This rifle was inspired by the JA-11 Juicer assassin rifle, but has been designed with unaugmented humans, and precision in mind. This double barreled design features a variable frequency laser, and a bolt action rifle that fires a 30-06 shell. Standard features of the riffle include a bi-pod and a multioptics scope with infrared, passive night vision, telescopic magnification, and it is tied into a laser targeting system. The rifle offers an incredible payload for laser fire due to the side by side design, while the bolt action rifle is fed by a small 5 round clip that sits flush with the stock, and does not protrude. To improve balance, the e-clip port has been placed at the back of the rifle, and a cap that is form-fitted to the owners shoulder is placed over the clips.
To take advantage of the all of the weapons bonuses, the operator must have both the W.P. energy rifle, and W.P. rifle skills.

Mega-Damage: Laser: 4D6 M.D. (see Rifts sourcebook 1 page 57 for rules concerning laser resistant armor)
S.D.C Damage: A standard shell does 5D6 S.D.C, however Ramjet and explosive rounds maybe used (see Rifts Mercenaries page 103) or even silver ammunition if needed.
Rate of Fire: Equal to the operators attacks per mele. The bolt action however requires one action to work the bolt, and another to fire. Aimed or wild shots only.
Effective Range: Laser: 4000 feet (1219 meters) or 1200 feet (366 meters) for the bolt action.
Payload: 25 shots per e-clip for a total of 50. The bolt action rifle uses a 5 round clip.
Bonus to Strike: The design of the rifle it self gives the operator a +1 to strike. When used, the laser targeting and scope ad an additional +1 in all firing positions. If laying prone, the bi-pod can be folded down to provide extra support, and another +1 to strike. This is in addition to any bonuses the operator may have from skills.
