The blade was designed for close combat, stealth, and speed. Many of the suits features remain hidden until they are ready to be used. The armor, compared to other suits of its size, is extremely light. For protection, the Blade relies on the light force field, and bonuses to dodge. A tactic common among it's pilots is to ambush their opponent, and fight at a range to close for large weapons to target. The pilot then rips through the target with the powerful energy blades that protrude from the forearm. To round out the suit, a laser rod has been installed in the left leg. The right leg has a secret compartment that can hold three (3) grenades. Located in the right wrist is a grapnel launcher with a 100 foot (30 meter) cord. It is often used to strangle unarmored targets, or to reach high places. Both palms, and the back are equipped with elctrohesive pads that allow it to climb up metallic surfaces, store gear and hand held weapons on the back. While the suit is not as popular as its designers had hoped, they are gaining in popularity. This is mostly due to the low price, and the fact that Roseta sales reps have been giving them away with large orders as a bonus. A large order was recently placed by a group of Techno-Wizzards in side the Magic Zone who ordered them without the nuclear power plant. The simple design makes it easy for techno-wizzards and operators to modify them as they wish.
