State subsidisation not appropriate for automobile market
An interview with Louis Schweitzer, the President of Renault.
L. Schweitzer was born in 1942. After having finished the study of political sciences he got his first job in State Department for Budget. In the year 1981 he became the chief of the budget minister cabinet and later the chief of the prime minister Laurentis Fabius cabinet. In 1986 he joined Renault, first as a vice-president for finances and planning. In May, 1992 he became the first man of the Renault. He is married and has two children.
