As part of the parish's Outreach, the parish holds services in the Dearness Home twice a month.
The Church is just 5 minutes north of Highway 401 and therefore is easily accessible for meetings.
The members of the Parish reflect a wide range of ages, as well as, differing social, cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds.
There is a visible Caribbean community in the congregation that is active in the Parish with events such as the Caribbean Night.
St Stephen's also share its facilities and its priest with the Asian Christian Fellowship, comprised of East Indian families who meet for worship on a bi-weekly schedule.
St Stephen's is a very active, vital Parish. There are a variety of groups, committees, and teams in which church members may become an active part of the Parish's ministry, including, Church School, Journey to Adulthood youth programme, Lay Worships Participants, 2 Choirs, a Pastoral Care Team, Talent Auction and Christmas Bazaar Committees, Bible Study Groups, Dearness Home Visitors, and the Muppetans - puppeteers.

We at St Stephen's feel that it is essential to reach out to the community beyond our church building.
Throughout the year, we contribute food and finances to the Daily Bread Programme at St Paul's Cathedral We support the Huron Hunger Fund/Primate's World Relief and Development Fund as they assist in relief and development around the world.
In our local community, the Parish offers financial support, meals for children, musical ministry, and Christmas hampers to the residents of Southdale Chaplaincy, an Ecumenical Outreach Programme.
Our priest and a videographer from the Parish take an active role in the production of
Life and Faith, a religious programme seen on Sundays at 9:30 am on A Channel TV stations in London, Windsor and Wingham.
This programme gives opportunity for faith groups to inform viewers of activities they represent.
In the year 2000, St Stephen's adopted a new mission: ‘To celebrate and Share the Love of Christ' by actively welcoming new members and offering all members a sense of family and the opportunity and support to grow in faith.
The Holy Eucharist is celebrated each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m and on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
