I had Weight Loss Surgery on July 8th, 2002. I had no complications in the hospital, but developed a fever of 104.6 nine days after surgery. I was put on antibiotics and have been fine ever since.
To date I have had very little nausea (usually from eating too fast) and only have problems with pasta and eggs. I ended up with a hernia on my incision line at around 4 months out. The doctor said it's not strangulated, so it's fine.

On August 9th, 2007 I had a "Fleur de Lis" cut Tummy Tuck, which included an Abdominoplasty & Panniculectomy with ventral hernia repair and muscle repair all the way down. Or, as I like to put it: "I have a waist!!" lol

During the surgery, the doctor removed 12 lbs. of skin and fat from my abdomen. I would love to go back in eventually and get some lipo and a thighplasty, but am going to try to lose more weight before I think about that.
