Recipe to Induce Labor

>Make a paste out of the sugar, syrup, and milk. Roll out like you are making biscuits, mash the potatoes and spread them over the paste roll out. Roll up just like you were making cinamon rolls, cut into cookies and eat.
They guarantee that you will go into labor in 24-36 hours.
If nothing else you will satify a terrific sweet tooth.
Another Labor Inducement Method
This was copied out of a chatroom back in March when a Doula was telling of a safe way to get labor going... The catch is your body has to be physically ready, the cervix thinning and soft, ect. It's not surefire.... as a nurse friend of mine told me when I asked after it. (She's a woman's health nurse and works in OB a lot)
Don't get you hopes up if you try this but it's worth a shot:
DOULA says, "First off.. go for a VERY long walk ... preferbly up an incline (this causes the "lunge" position which drops and rotates the babys head) come home and have a very nice hot bath (heat relaxes and stimulates the receptors on the outside of the womb for recieving the oxytocins relased ) do some GENTLE nipple stimulatioon and have an orgasm (not just from the nipples ladies .. we all know how to do it ourselves)"
DOULA says, "have a shot of hard alcohol (1 measured ounce ladies were not trying to get drunk!) which opens up the recptors on the outside of the womb even more and while draining the tub .. sit in a squat position and have your hubby or someone you dont mind seeing yer naked bum come in and rub your back while you do this.. then (and this will probably have to be hubby but Im not gonne be judgmental LOL) have sex in the standing doggy position while leaning against the bath wall during a nice hot shower"
DOULA says, "that position will pull the baby off the coxys and cause the head to rotate decreasing the risk of backlabour"
DOULA says, "The Sex thing is valid, during sex a womans orgasm releases prostoglandins that cause the cervix to thin (there is also prostoglandins in semen but not as much)
