ITG - International Journal of Transgenderism

• The single most important journal covering all gender issues. The reference for all the serious stuff on our existence. Articles are written by leading experts in the field.

The Transsexual Phenomenon - Harry Benjamin, MD

• Every community has a guru somewhere. Dr. Benjamin was the first to write a comprehensive work about the issue of Transgenderism.

IFGE - International Foundation for Gender Education

• An organization by and for the 3T community. Offers an important amount of information and links.

• On line magazine that caters to the 3T-community. Interesting articles, points of view and plenty of background information

Travestie.org

• This site is one of the main community nodes in the Dutch-speaking part of the world. It offers information, links, a discussion forum (an active one actually) and much more. I tend to consider it as a benchmark in this part of the world. Worth a visit.

• Belgian professional support organization for people with Gender Dysphoria. The site offers plenty of information on the issue, and also has an extensive book list (for those who like to read)
