*PLEASE EMAIL ME TO COME TO VIEW THE AVAILABLE CATS AND KITTENS AT MY HOME.

Chrissy's Kitty ResQ has her own prices for kittens or cats that come vetted prior to adoption. I also foster/volunteer for Trenton Animal Shelter. Their adoption fees are $40 each. I also request a small adoption donation to my rescue since most of these cats get additional care.

ABOUT MY RESCUE

Hear our prayer O Lord ...

for animals that are overworked, underfed, and cruelly treated;

for all wistful creatures in captivity that beat their wings against bars;

for any that are hunted or lost or deserted or frightened or hungry;

for all that must be put to death....

And for those who deal with them,

we ask a heart of compassion

and gentle hands and kindly words.

~ Albert Schweitzer ~

Chrissy's Kitty ResQ is a non-profit rescue that takes in kittens, cats, and occasionally ferals from the outdoors, holding facilies, and KILL shelters. I also foster for Trenton animal shelter. This is not a shelter but a foster group that takes care of them till proper suitable homes are found. My goal is to open my own kitty rescue shelter to save more felines from death by having play areas, adoption rooms, kitty day care as well for owners going on vacation. It is a huge dream and would love to have it come true any help would be appreciated. Donated items or money donated would be very helpful in making that wish happen.

**DONATING?! **
Donate a one time amount of 10 dollars or more. Please help us so we can save more kittens and cats from high kill shelters!

Help our rescued cats get the items they need!! Click above to help us by sponoring kill shelter felines for only 10 dollars a month. We will update you on news, and pics from our rescue, and listed on our site. We also accept money orders or checks email me for address.

I just started making this rescue recently inside my home. I have adopted out Over 40 cats/kittens so far. I'm 21 and I deeply care about animals especially those that won't have a fair chance at adoption. Many shelters around the world are holding facilities, pounds, kill shelters, and some don't even provide medical care when urgently needed. I admire those that do everything in their power to give the animals more time and have no kill policies. I only rescue from KILL facilities so when you adopt from me you'll have the satisfaction that you saved them from death.

I don't like to hear about the only humane way is to P.T.S (put them to sleep) when there is overcrowding. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I usually take in cats or kittens that need help. Since I live with my parents I can not provide fostering for dogs at this time and have to live by their rules till I move out. The kittens and cats that I save are happy, content clean area in a carpeted basement full of NEW cat furniture, food, toys, kitten play hammock sets and anything i buy out of my own pocket. In order to rescue young to adult cats I need people willing to foster till they are adopted. My cats only accept kittens and so rescuing a lot of adults makes it difficult to do so which means i can only save one at time but plenty of kittens are available.

Application references personal/vet will be checked before they come home with you within few days time and a home visit is required in a few weeks after the kittens have settled down to your new place. It's not about appearence but safety of the home. If all is well you will receive the kitty after paying the adoption fee and when the kitty is finished her vet care that you paid for.

Also all felines will receive a new collar (pick from the various available colors), and adoption pack when they are available included in the adoption fee.

Adoption fees are only to cover the medical costs of the pet you are interested in, and therefore cant be returned if you decide to change your mind about the pet. However I can offer a replacement kitten or cat with the care provided that you paid for when one you like comes available.

Rare, but we recently come into care of a kitten/cat and you decide to adopt without all the medical you must bring it to your own vet within 60 days and Adoption Fees are $45 (for food/litter expenses/removal from kill shelter) Most will be already tested, dewormed examined and have 2 shots if rescued if not a owner surrender) or from another shelter fixed..If you do not contact us letting us know the situation of your pet regarding vet care(must get it fixed before sexual maturity or you may email us for more time or help with going to a clinic) within that 2 month time frame and they have not gone I will terminate the adoption and come to return the pet. We are very reasonable but no contact makes this option banned if any dont follow instructions. Same terms as treated are to be understood.

Also We have merchandise that is coming in soon that we are selling to raise money for the rescue. More info coming!!

Please make sure you have your vets phone number on hand when you come to meet the pet you wish to adopt, and a carrier, and all his/her things is ready at your home just incase all goes successful. All cats/kittens must be secure in carriers before leaving my home. Applications and references are checked prior to the pet leaving with you. Boarding up a new pet in a small secure room with all necessary items is a good idea to make a introduction easier on the pet, then let it wander around your place when its ready and meeting other pets.
