Someone emailed me and said they had white spots and a few of their fingers have gone almost white.  This sound so much like a nutritional deficiency in  Zinc, Calcium and Magnesium.

Start with 1000 Mg of Calcium + 1000 Mg of Magnesium + 100 Mg of Zinc    This should clear up the nails in a few months.
