Are you suffering from Weight
Stalls? Indigestion? There is a high chance that it migh be
because of your consumption of high fat meats. High fat meats
contain a substance called arachidonic
acid. Arachidonic Acid is
a very dangerous substance in high
quanities.
Warning: Lab animals injected with large amounts
of all other fatty acids go on about their business with no apparent
ill effects--those injected with arachidonic acid are dead within
moments.
Arachidonic Acid (AA) - AA is made in the eicosanoid synthesis
pathway and is the immediate precursor of the bad eicosanoids or what
we called Prostagladin E2. High levels of Prostagladin
E2 leads to cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure,
pain and inflammation, and eventually death.
Things to avoid (in high
concentrations)
High Fat Animal Meat. (Excluding Fish). Fish
Oil is good for you.
What I have found out through
research, that scientist have found that high quanities of fish oil will
block the over production of Prostagladlin E2. Omega 3
fatty acids is healthy for the heart. Fish Oil forms a substance
called Prostagladin E3 which is helpful for the heart and digestion.
Scientists have also discovered another item that helps. It's GLA
(Gamma linolenic acid) which is used to form a natural (not synthetic)
Prostagladin E1. Our bodies produce some Prostagladin E1 but
sometimes things happen that causes our body not produce enough of this
good Prostagladin E1. It's a good substance that does the
following:
*FUNCTIONS OF PROSTAGLANDIN E1 / ALPROSTADIL*
* Controls the routing of nerve impulses through the
nerve paths
and, at the nerve-path endings, the
release of chemical messengers
for further information relays via the
bloodstream.
* Regulates and coordinates the functioning of the

* Controls and supports the immune system
* Activates T-lymphocytes, which act as defense
cells against
pathogens that may have invaded the body
* Reinforces the
effect of insulin in the metabolism of sugar

regulates the
menstrual cycle
You are probably saying - how is
this going to help me jumpstart my weight loss? Take a look
at the bold items under Prostagladin E1. Fat Metabolism,
Lowers Blood Pressure, Lowers Cholesterol etc. Looks to me
that it's pretty explanatory. Omega 3 Fatty acids are found
in Fish and Walnuts. GLA is found in Evening
Primrose, Borage. I generally take Borage because
it's higher in GLA.
You can try to increase your consumption of Fish Oil, Walnuts and
GLA.
You must also eat leaner cuts of meat. (Lean cuts of Pork,
Beef etc)
Increase Nuts
Low Carb Vegetables
Since Omega 3 and Borage are good for you, I have added supplementation
to my diet to make sure that I am getting enough of these wonderful
items. Whenever you are
thinking about supplementation of anything, as always discuss your
concerns and check with your doctor on why you would like to do this.
Reason being: Since GLA (From Borage) lowers blood
pressure. Combining the two at the same time (blood pressure
medicine plus borage) might lower your blood pressure
too much. He or she can discuss how to implement them
into your diet.
