Your specific protein requirements is based on how active your are and your body's Lean Body Mass.

There are some recommendations

60 grams of protein is equal to 20 grams of protein per meal
61 - 80 = 27 grams per meal
81 - 100 = 34 grams per meal
101 - 120 = 40 grams of protein per meal
