TransFat's Warning
Beware of products claiming to have 0 Transfats (no transfats).
Always read the label. I found a product today which is a butter
spread (Mom uses) that said NO Transfats but when I read the
ingredients it had Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil. I caught
them falsely advertising.
Check the Label (ingredients) for Partially Hydrogenated Oils. If
it has them or has been made with them, avoid it at all cost.
They will raise your bad cholesterol.
Safe Oils: Butter, Cream, Olive Oil, Walnut Oil, Nut Oils,
Canola Oil.
