1 TBS of Sugar Free Fiber

3 Fiber

Fruit Snack (5 carbs) = 1 Fruit or Add another Vegetable.  It would be best to add a fruit though.  That way you have Variety.

Lunch

Soy Protein Shake
2 Extra
3 Soy Protein
3 oz  Meat

3 Protein
2 Vegetables (your choice = 5 carbs each)  Tbs of Butter
3 Fat
2 Vegetables
Tea with Splenda

1 Extra

Snack - Nuts  (2 carbs)  = Usually 1 oz = 1 Nut choice

Dinner

2 Vegetables (5 carbs each) + TBS Butter
2 Vegetables
3 Fat
3 oz of Meat

2 Animal + 1 Soy Protein (interchangeable)
Diet Coke

Free
1 oz of Cheese

1 Protein (Soy or Animal) 
2 Teaspoons of Sugar Free Fiber

2 Fiber


Total Carbs is 35 Net Carbs, 42 Fiber (I love that), 120 Grams of Protein,  65 grams of Fat
