Billy's Low Carb Brownies/Chocolate Cake (20 Servings)  Net Carbs    3.55    or  to make it easier   4 Net Carbs

1/2 Cup of Low Carb Whole Wheat Flour (I use Bake Lite)   I haven't tried Soy Flour but use the same 1/2 cup
26 Grams
1 Cup of Splenda
24 Grams
1/4 Cup of Cary's Sugar Free Syrup
12 Grams    11 Sugar Alchols
5 Eggs  (I generally use  2 Whole Eggs and   1/2  + 1/4  cups of egg beaters)  1/4 cup Egg Beaters = 1 Egg
5 Carbs
1/2 Cup of Cream
4 Carbs
1 Stick of Butter
0 Carbs
1 Tsp of No Sugar Vanilla Extract
0 Carbs
2 Tsp of Baking Powder (Cake)   1 Tsp of Baking Powder (Brownies)
3 Carbs
2 0z of Unsweetened Chocolate  (2 whole squares)
16 Carbs   8 Fiber

Total Carbs in the entire batch 90 Carbs   11 Sugar Alchols  8 Fiber

90 Total Carbs -  11 Sugar Alchols - 8 Fiber  =   71 

71 / 20 =   Net Carbs   4 

Melt the stick of butter and chococlate in a bowl  (microwave).  Next add the Splenda and Sugar Free Syrup.    Sugar Free Syrup and Splenda together makes an imitation brown sugar flavor.    Add the Cream, Vanilla Extract, and Eggs to the mix.   Next add the Baking Powder and Flour to the bowl.  Pour in a well greased pan and bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until done.

The orginal recipe that I had was 4 oz of unsweetened chocolate but that much chocolate made a some what bitter taste (hard to sweeten).  2 oz worked great.

I also Topped it with  Walnuts.
