Atkins Phases - This is for those individuals who seem to think that Atkins and Low carbs is all about Meat, Cheese and Fat.  This information is from Atkins website.  If you are staying on Induction more than two - four weeks then you are doing it wrong.   How can you argue with http://atkins.com/
