We specialize in breeding and selling top quality Toy, T-cup Yorkshire Terriers and  poodles. All of our puppies are bred and raised in our home. Our puppies are well socialized. All puppies come with LIMITED AKC registration, unless other arrangements have been made prior to puppy being reserved, a copy of three generation pedigree, current vaccinations, health certificate, our health guarantee for one year against genetic defects. All puppies come microchipped, no exceptions. Also included is a puppy care kit that includes a free starter bag of puppy food.
Our dogs and puppies are fed Royal Canin.
We also provide stud services for quality breeding.

About us

Tropical Puppies consists of Robert, Mareza, and our three children. Our children are homeschooled. We have over 10 years of breeding experience. We do not use outside help in caring for our dogs and puppies.
Our puppies and adult dogs receive alot of love and attention. We consider them as part of our family. Our goal is to make sure that each puppy is happy, healthy and well socialized before leaving our family to join yours.  We put time and effort into our breeding to ensure that we have top quality puppies. At Tropical Puppies we breed for genetic health, correct conformation and sound temperament.  We do not breed or raise any type of cross-bred, designer, party or hybrid puppies.  As responsible yorkie and poodle breeders we strive to produce superior health and temperament while adhering to the AKC Yorkshire Terrier breed quality standard and AKC Poodles breed quality standard.
A well bred yorkie should not be frail in body nor nervous, shy or timid in temperament. The Yorkshire Terrier is one of the worlds smallest breeds not to exceed 7lbs but despite their small stature they should be brave, energetic, sound bodied with an outgoing, feisty personality, after all they're terriers originally bred to be hunters. Yorkies make great travel companions, wonderful lap dogs and excellent watch dogs.
Toy Poodles  are sensitive, intelligent, lively, playful, and eager to learn. They bond closely with their family. They were used for hunting and retrieving in Europe. Excellent athletic dog, competes in obedience with joie de vivre. Very stable and calm dog. Great with children. Conforms readily to owners activity level. High grooming requirements.

Shipping & Payment


All puppies require a $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Method of payment can be Money Orders, Pay Pal,Personal checks (upon clearance), Money Gram,  Western Union, cash (at time of pick-up).
Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. All puppies will be sold without breeding rights. If you desire to arrange breeding rights this additional privilege must be discussed and mutually agreed upon by seller and buyer at time of purchase. Breeding rights will be attached via addendum to the bottom of this contract if so agreed upon. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If something happens to your puppy or if one is not available from this litter you will be given choice of a puppy from the next available litter. If you change your mind and do not/can not get puppy you forfeit your deposit.
All puppies are shipped at expense of buyer, at all times.We charge a flat fee of $250.00 for shipping required at least 7 days prior shipping and the balance of the puppy.
