Freezer Pickles
| 14 cups sliced cucumbers |
2 cups vinegar |
| 2 cups sugar |
2 tbsp celery seed |
| 3 tbsp salt |
2 cups sliced onion |
| fresh dill |

Mix the vinegar, sugar,
celery seed and salt and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over the mixed
onions and cucumbers in plastic containers and refrigerate. for 4 to 5 days,
stirring every day. At the end of the 5 days, freeze in the plastic containers.
Note : be wary of freezing in plastic bags
as they tend to break when frozen.
