Tapang Baka - Beef Tapa Ingredients:

  • 3 lb. sirloin or chuck roast
  • 2 whole garlic
  • Salt to taste (do not use soy sauce, this will cause the meat to look too dark)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Slice meat thinly lengthwise (approximately 1/2 inch). Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and marinate. Seal in saran wrap or foil and refrigerate for 3 to 5 days. Fry and serve hot with steamed rice.
