Elite Baseball's tradition is growing every year. From starting as a decent ball club to the best team in Michigan. Last summer a group of 17 and 18 year olds came together as a team and traveled down to Farmingting, New Mexico to play in the Connie Mack World Series. The CMWS has the best teams from around the United States, Canada, and Central America. These teams compete in a week long double elimination tournament. This summer Elite will be putting 6 teams out to compete. Most of these teams will travel around the state and play in the Grand Rapids AABC League.
Elite 17 and 18 year old team posted a 38-9 record winning the Saginaw Wood Bat Tourney, the Grand Rapids Connie Mack League, the Grand Rapids Connie Mack Distric, and the 16 team Connie Mack North Central Regional in Battle Creek. Elite also finished 5th in the prestigious Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, New Mexico. 2002 proved that while we are already considered one of the top baseball programs in the State of Michigan, we now compete at the national level as well. Congratualtions to all the teams
