We have a passion for training Christian Leaders

We are born-again dedicated Christians who are committed to teaching other Christians, young and not so young, the leadership style of Jesus Christ.
Jesus was very specific about the way that He leads His disciples, although the 'church' has been very quiet about this fact for ages. We have a specific calling to teach others in the leadership style that Jesus personally used.

What did JESUS say about leadership?

John 10:11-13 MSG "I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd puts the sheep before himself, sacrifices himself if necessary. (12) A hired man is not a real shepherd. The sheep mean nothing to him. He sees a wolf come and runs for it, leaving the sheep to be ravaged and scattered by the wolf. (13) He's only in it for the money. The sheep don't matter to him.
