ECW Championship Rules
1) All ECW Championship belts have to be defended at least once every 5 weeks or the champion is stripped of the belt.2) A challenger must win the roleplaying contest by:
-A Fusion Match: 1.5 points or greater
-A Super Card: 1.0 or greater
Exceptions
-The Title is vacant
-Title Match has a gimmick that REQUIRES a winner (for example, ladder match, over the top rope match, etc.)
-Both ROLEPLAYERS agree to waive the clause. If I feel the champion has been pressured into this; I have the right to over rule their "agreement."
3) The Title can change hands on the following events during a title match
-Pinfall
-Submission
-Referee stoppage or wrestler injury
-Other rules stippulated by the match type (for example, ladder match, table match or first blood match)
4) The Title can NOT change hands on:
-Any disqualification (unless by Captain Kessler or Dane Leone authorization)
-Any terms or matches NOT sanctioned by ECW WITH the approval of Captain Kessler OR Dan Leone. IE; you can NOT take it to another federation to defend without Captain's approval; and there will be no "on the spot" challenges unless the Captain signs over and approves of the match.
