| 4-H Llama Program Member Advancement Guide This advancement program is divided into 7 basic levels with advanced work available for those interested in packing and/or driving. Each level builds on the previous level and they must be completed consecutively. The skills within a level may be completed in any order. In each level, you will choose at least 2 of your own goals from the Personal Development list found on page 11. Try to choose goals that are challenging and will give you new experiences. These need to be approved ahead of time by your project leader. You may ask for help from your family, other 4-H members and your project leader, but you need to do the work yourself. As you complete each skill, have your leader initial and date it.
