FMS-Recovery List is a public, semi-moderated support group list for anyone with an interest in discussing various recovery from FMS protocols. It is for anyone with an interest in recovery from the symptoms of FMS/CFS/MPS/MCS. It is for those who are using a protocol - or considering one, and who wish to share information and support during the process of recovery.

To subscribe, send the following command in the BODY of mail to:
LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU
SUB FMS-RECOVERY yourfirstname yourlastname

For example:
SUB FMS-RECOVERY Jane Doe
(substituting your real first and last names)

Do not type anything else, including thank you, and don't sign the message. It is a computer and anything more than the correct syntax will be rejected.

You will receive a response which asks you to confirm sub with a with an "OK". Hit "Reply" and type "OK" at the top of your message and then hit "Return" and "Send".
