NEW! Herbs Patrol Tips
on the plains of hesitation lie the blackened bones of countless millions who at the dawn of victory sat down to rest.....and resting died.....
This is the domain of the Marine 8541, Scout/Sniper. I spent most of my short time in the Marine Corp as a Scout/Sniper, time that I really enjoyed, even the worst times were'nt really that bad now in retrospect, some of the memories are best forgotten but most will never be forgotten. You know sometimes thats all you really have left is the memories....dont know who wrote this next bit but it pretty much sums it up as well as words can.
I was that which others did not want to be. I went where others feared to go, and did what others failed to do. I asked nothing from those who gave nothing and reluctantly accepted the thought of eternal loneliness should I fail. I have seen the face of terror, felt the stinging cold of fear, and enjoyed the sweet taste of a moments love. But most of all I have lived times others would say were best forgotten. At least some day I will be able to say, I was proud of what I was and always will be............... A United States Marine Scout/Sniper
"There is no secret weapon for our country but to get hard, to get in there and fight! Our country won't go on forever if we remain as soft as we are now, There won't be anymore America, because some foreign soldiery will invade us, take over our women and breed a harder race!!"

Some of Murphys Laws Of Combat...
The enemy invariably attacks on two occasions:
a. when you're ready for them.
b. when you're not ready for them.
Never draw fire, it irritates everyone around you.
The buddy system is essential to your survival -- it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
Never share a fighting position with anyone braver than yourself.
Don't look conspicuous, it draws enemy fire.
Try to look unimportant to the enemy, they may be low on ammo.
Anything you do can get you shot, including doing nothing.
Just when you think you got the world by the ass...along comes a wm and everything goes to hell!!
