Hello. I decided to put my poems on the web, instead of collecting a pile of rejection slips, and finally getting them published
in some little magazine that no one will read anyway. I hope you like them.
P.S. Several of these poems are erotic. Consider yourself warned. :-)
The above poems are Copyright ©1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997 Bruce Zohn
Other People's Poems
Evil Debbie's Godawful Jokes Just plain funny.
Feminists for Free Expression Mary Anne's page has a link to them too, but I'd kick myself if
you missed it.
Mary Anne's Home Page Poetry, erotic stories, literary advice, humor, great links and more.
The World's Most Dangerous Book The next time someone gives you a religious tract, take it,
thank him and give him a copy of this.
Star Trek with Dilbert Management How true. (sigh.)
Jests and Jokes:Pets
Ontario Consultants on Religious Tolerance Thumbnail sketches of religions from Amish to
Zoroastrian, and lots of cool essays and links.
CRAYON, or CReAte Your
Own Newspaper, lets you organize news media on the web
in your very own, handy, custom-made page of links. You can read CNN for national news,
The New York Times for international news, The Haverhill Gazette for local
news, and Vladivostok News for when you get homesick for the Old Country. Besides,
can you really live without ever learning what The Times of London has to say about
Beavis and Butthead?
Truth in Advertising Psychobabble <grin>
The Poetry Archives and
Poems from the planet Earth are two good places to look for famous poetry. P.f.t.p.E. also has a
section just for
famous love poems.
Okay. Amazon.com does pay me commission on books sold through these links. These are good books, though.
The Poet's Handbook, by Judson Jerome. This is an excellent book if you write poetry and
want to improve: consonance, assonance, metrical variation, why "mine" doesn't rhyme with
"time"--it's all here, clearly and with examples.
1999 Poet's Market The book on where to publish poetry, giving names, addresses and
descriptions of thousands of magazines and small presses. Published annually.
You can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Feel free to send me your comments, literary criticism, friendly greetings--whatever. If you're shy about e-mail,
but still want to say hi,
sign my guestbook.
If you're really shy, you can just
read my guestbook.
