| The hands of a mother do many loving acts. They help the wound or bruise to heal, they pat us on the back. They reach down to hold our hands and comfort with their care. They give us love and kindness too, when no one else is there. Over all the many years, through heartaches great and small, The loving touch of a mother's hands has been there through them all. Yet in all their many acts of love none do quite compare, To when her hands do clasp as one and she bows her head in prayer. |
