Welcome to "Sharing His Treasures"
"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars . . . And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne."  Rev. 12:1, 5

All throughout out the Bible we read of the Woman, the Bride adorned for her husband, holy and pure before the God to whom she will wed.  We know that this is the Church, the Lamb's wife, yet, too often we see this "woman" somewhere in the future, someone else other than the church of today.  God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  Even though he wrote over two thousand years ago,  "Behold, now is the day of salvation" (II Cor. 6:2), man is still be saved today.  Why?  Because he is that DAY, he is life, he is all time, he is the "lofty one that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy" (Ezk. 57:15).  Our great and mighty God is not bound by time, he hath appointed the bounds of the universe and the limitations of time.  Do we think that God cannot reveal himself to us in the greatest extent of his power merely because we have not yet reached "the" time?

If time was the unbreakable cord that holds our very hearts and souls, then Moses could never have seen the hinder parts of God.  If time was our taskmaster and the omnipotent ruler, then Enoch would have suffered death; but instead, Moses saw and Enoch believed.  Their faith was not limited by the time in which they lived.  They were its masters, and not its slaves.  Abraham also, grasping beyond the very fabric of time on mortality, believed in a promise and took Isaac to the mount to sacrifice his only son, having nothing to go on but the word of the only everlasting God.  So powerful was his faith that the voice of God shook the heavens and break the earth, and tore asunder the veil of condemnation that Adam had clothed us with so long ago.  He knew that God himself would come as the lamb, taking upon that promised seed, the sin of the world and the iniquity of humanity.  And so Christ came, that promised seed!  For "to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ." (Gal. 3:16)

We must, if we be of faith, believe that God can do today, what he will do tomorrow.  So often we fall by that same stumbling block to which the Jews have cursed unto this day.  We think that just because we are living, means that the promise is not for us.  It has been so since the world began.  It is hard for man to comprehend that the awesome and glorious day of Jesus Christ could be in his life time.  We are not dealing with our life, we are seeking to be filled with his life.  Losing this life and gaining a much better, more abundant life: Jesus Christ, our God and only savior.

We know that the bride of Christ will come, but we think that it is for another church, and not this one.  Perhaps we shall die, and not see that day, but let this be known among us all: Enoch found it!  So did Moses!

We can be that church, we can bring forth that man child; which is Christ.  We can show this world what is within us, that promised seed, planted by the Holy Ghost.  Let us therefore labor and travail to bring forth Christ to this dying world.  To all of those who do "see" and "believe," I bid you a very Happy Mother's day!
