Sacrifice the Lamb without a spot or wrinkle.
Set the flawed animals free.
I am the flawed and You bore
the crown of thorns for me.
Isaac and I have a lot in common...
we both were doomed to die;
but the Ram was offered in Isaac's place,
and You volunteered in mine.
How can I ever repay You
For taking my sins to the cross,
for being the 'Sacrificial Lamb'
for dying for the flawed, the lost?
You only required that I believe You,
the gift was Yours to give,
that I should have eternal life.
In Heaven I shall live |
