_________This puppy/dog is being sold as a breeding PROSPECT (defined as “breeder assumes no responsibility as to reproduction capabilities of this male or female puppy/dog”). Males will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or a replacement will be made when one becomes available. (and replacement in the only option).
_________This puppy/dog is being sold as a show PROSPECT (defined as having no MAJOR or disqualifying faults for his/her age on the date of this sale). A definitive evaluation cannot be made on puppies until full maturation, which does not occur until 1 to 2 years of age.
To the best of the breeders knowledge this puppy/dog is free of disease and defects at the date of this sale. A health certificate will be obtained for the puppy/dog traveling out of state by air. The buyer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to have the puppy/dog checked by the veterinarian of their choice at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer’s vet exam reveals that the puppy/dog is sick or diseased or a genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder’s choice concurs with the diagnosis. The buyer may return the puppy/dog to the breeder at the buyer’s expense. Notice of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 48 hours of the date of this sale along with a statement in writing from the buyer’s vet as to the health problem. This puppy/dog is sold with NO warranties, either expressed of implied, in AS IS condition with no guarantees other than those stated herein. A replacement puppy/dog will be made when one becomes available, and a replacement is the only option. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder. It is the sellers responsibility to sell a healthy puppy that will hopefully live a long happy life. It is the buyers responsibility to see that it stays healthy and safe. Like children they need food, rest, exercise and tender loving care.
HAVING READ THE ABOVE, AND WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONTENTS HEREIN, I/WE CHEERFULLY ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
