Homeschooling sites
Even if you don't do regular homeschooling, some of these sites have got great downloadable  and printable pages for kids to work on or color , or if they need an extra boost in a certain subject, or if there is something special they want to learn more about. Otherwise, you can sign up for membership or place orders for homeschooling materials...
School Express
This is one of my favorite sites; they have TONS of worksheets here and really good deals on purchases of workbooks and thematic units, plus links to other sites.
Another excellent site. Has downloadable and printable pages, lesson plans, etc.

abcBabysit
A few words about homeschooling...My older children all attend public schools, and I supplement their learning with pages and worksheets and units from these sites. I plan to completely homeschool my youngest child when he is ready to start school. As far as I am concerned, to homeschool or not is purely a personal choice, and there is nothing wrong with it whatsoever, as long as the child is able to socialize with other kids in outside situations.
This site is for parents, teachers, babysitters, daycare providers, etc. Full of fun stuff for kids and parents alike.
alphabet soup
This is an adorable site, with really cool stuff. If you have young kids, esp. pre-K and kindergarten, check out the Kindergarten Kafe, recipes, coloring sheets, holidays, all kids of cute stuff for young kids.
