46.1.1 Tao is (prevailing) in the world,
yet horses are ridden to apply manure.
46.1.2 (When) Tao is not (prevailing) in the world,
war-horses are bred in the countryside.
46.2.1 No crime is heavier than indulging in desiring.
46.2.2 No fault (to be blamed) is more painful than desiring to gain (more).
46.2.3 No error is greater than not knowing (having) enough.
46.3 So knowing (having) enough to be enough,
(then) this (means) always (having) enough.
