Maestro Bruce LevyBruce Levy was born in Cincinnatti, Ohio, USA. Started playing piano at the age of six, first performed on television at age of 12. He studied at the Juliard School with professor Sasha Gorodnitzki, receiving a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music. Bruce Levy came to Israel in 1981 and studied at the Rubin Academy in Jerusalem with professor Bracha Eden, receiving an Artist Diploma cum laude. He has been teacher in the piano faculty of Rubin Academy since 1984. Bruce Levy has appeared in concerts, on radio and television in Israel, USA, England, Bulgaria, France and Germany. He recorded as well some CDs with Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestra and Plovdiv Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Nayden Todorov. In 1999 Mr. Levy made his debut in Thracia Summer Music Festival, playing the b-flat piano concerto by Mozart.
