We are Missouri families who have been devastated by grandparent visitation lawsuits. We are fit parents, whether intact or single, who are not allowed to make the decisions necessary to keep our own children safe.

Missouri's grandparent visitation law needs to change. A member of the CRPR has written a possible statute that protects children and families while allowing grandparents to petition for visitation.
Please write your legislator and ask them to help Missouri parents protect their children.
