My dad's Huddlestons, the Tennessee side, were in the Campbell County area by 1840 and probably earlier. Margy Ball Miles, married to one of my mother's first cousins on the Kentucky Huddleston side, has records that say that the Kentucky Huddlestons came from Clay County, Indiana. We think it likely that the Indiana Huddlestons may have been kin to the Campbell County bunch, but so far there's no proof.
