We aim to provide the largest, most comprehensive selection of original reggae vinyl possible.

Francisco Records is Gary and Christina Francis. We have been selling records by mail order for several years and have many satisfied customers world-wide.

ORDERING

Place your order by Email or fax quoting; label, catalogue number, artiste, title and price.
On receipt of your order we will check availability and invoice you for the items in stock.

In a perfect world we'd be sitting at home waiting for your orders so that we could give you an instant turnaround.

In the real world however we conduct this operation on a part time basis and our stock is too extensive to be accommodated at home. Having said that we endeavor to operate a seven day cycle. We go to our storage facility one day a week to; replenish stock with new purchases, sort out that week's orders and retrieve paid invoices for shipping.      

This means in practice that, if you conduct your side of the transaction electronically, it usually takes on average 14 days from the receipt of your order to the dispatch of your goods.  

In an effort to combat this sort of antisocial behavior we will only respond to orders from potential customers who identify themselves with their name and address. We maintain meticulous records of people who have let us down in the past and make strenuous efforts to stop them doing it again..

All cheques should be made payable to Francisco Records.
Do not send cash through the post unregistered because you have no proof that you have sent it or that we have received it.

DISCOUNTS

We do not give discounts as a rule because our margins are constrained by the competitive nature of the business. We are often harangued, by people who place smallish orders, for quantity discounts. We have some large customers and, as a rule, our largest customers neither ask for nor receive discounts.

Overseas customers will be quoted for each shipment.

We recommend that packages valued at over £25.00 be registered/insured, at an additional cost of £4.50. We always secure certificates of posting and  do not accept responsibility for the loss of unregistered packages. Registration is not available to certain destinations, but insurance is available if goods are shipped via courier.
