The life of every human being who lives long enough develops through stages - zygote, embryo, fetus, infant, child, adolescent, adult, senior citizen. Although size and appearance may change, it is a scientific fact that the traits of a unique human being are present from conception until death. (Click here for a fetal development overview)
Since the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973, over 40 million Americans have been killed before birth. The killing continues at the rate of more than 1.3 million per year in this country alone. The source for these figures is the Guttmacher Institute, the statistician (body-counter) for Planned Parenthood, the largest single provider of facilities for these killings.
Now that innocent human life has been cheapened by killing the unborn , many Americans have come to the conclusion that it is alright to kill newborn infants or the ill or elderly if their lives are inconvenient for someone.
