| Channel Modification Older Models (Both) 1) Remove the bottom cover that has the speaker on it. 2) Locate either a green wire or 2 pins that are jumped. 3) Cut the green wire or take the jumper off the 2 pins. |
| Newer Model 1) Remove the bottom cover that has the speaker on it. 2) Locate a set of jumper pads marked as A&B. 3) Solder jumpers on these 2 pads. 4) Short the "RESET" pads just right of the CPU. When you power up the radio, the "M2" button becomes the band select. |
