I am also going to rate his role/performance separately (using the same criteria).

(Film/TV Show) 5 2nd Doctors = Jump in your TARDIS and see this in every dimension possible. A Classic!
(Patrick Troughton) 5 2nd Doctors = The Best Patrick for your Buck.

(Film/TV Show) 4 2nd Doctors = Run through an Army of Cybermen to see it again. A must see!
(Patrick Troughton) 4 2nd Doctors = Patrick's enjoying his role and elevates the movie.

(Film/TV Show) 3 2nd Doctors = Worth seeing even without Patrick.
(Patrick Troughton) 3 2nd Doctors = A Good part for him but he needed more screen time.

(Film/TV Show) 2 2nd Doctors = Passable, Patrick makes it watchable but nothing more.
(Patrick Troughton) 2 2nd Doctors = Not his best but still he's still good.
