Hi! Glad you stopped by. Welcome to my site dedicated to my weight loss journey. I joined Weight Watchers on February 1, 2001. I was doing well for a while, lost 20 pounds, and then got frustrated because the weight wasn't coming off as fast as I'd have liked it to. I maintained the loss of 20 pounds for a couple more months, and then stopped going to Weight Watchers altogether.

        My mother joined a local gym called Contours, and it's based around a 29 minute workout. I figured, why not? I'm in my fifth week and already feel the difference. In six weeks, I will post the changes in inches and pounds on my site.

        Losing weight for some can be a decision made as lightly as their choice of dress for the day. For me, my weight took over my life. I am a website lover, and surfer, and decided this site would be an inspiration for others, and motivation for myself. Inside these links you will find my personal journal, inspiring links and more!
