ABATE of California is the leading Motorcycle Rights Organization in the state of California. Local #2 is one of many ABATE groups thorughout California. We are dedicated to "Freedom of The Road." We are a community-based organization that promotes motorcycle awareness, rider safety, positive community relations and we oppose any legislation that hinders our right to ride free. For example, we are not against helmets, but we are against helmet laws, or any laws, that treat us like children and take away our right to ride as free as when motorcycling first became a part of the American landscape.
