The range walk was fantastic and I really enjoyed it - espacially the battered tanks, pillboxes and targets that had obviously taken a repeated shelling over God knows how long! The walk was around 7-8 miles and we got to see some really magnificent parts of Dorset coastline.
The day after the walk we visited the tank museum and spent a good few hours walking around the exhibits. I was surprised at how comprehensive their collection of armour was and took many photos of the WW2-era tanks (of course!). I loved the King Tiger - very imposing!
