Title: Oven-Barbequed Turkey Legs

1/4 cup Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Turkey legs, large
1/4 cup Corn oil
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce (KC Masterpiece)
1/2 cup Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube,crush

1. Par boil the turkey legs for about 10 minutes
2. Mix flour with salt, chili powder and pepper; dredge turkey legs with flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown turkey, turning to brown all sides.
4. Remove turkey to a 13x9x2-inch pan.
5. Combine barbecue sauce, water and bouillon cube; spoon over turkey.
6. Cover pan with foil; bake in preheated 325'F oven 1 hour.
7. Uncover and bake 1 hour, until turkey is tender, basting frequently.
