Spiced Bannanas 
You will need:
One banana per person.
Some dark rum.
Some brown sugar.
Pieces of Cinnamon Bark.
Tin Foil (Size pieces to make parcels)
For each parcel -
Put the Banana on the tin foil and shape the foil so that the rum doesn't spill out when you pour it on. Pour on some rum (2-3 Tablespoons). Spoon in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add a couple of small pieces of Cinnamon bark. Seal up the parcel and put it on a dying barbecue for about 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with a spot of ice-cream or eat from the foil.
