ATHOLL BROSE
Stir together half-a-pound of fine oatmeal, half-a-pound of running honey, and a cupful of cold water. When they are thoroughly mixed, add slowly two pints of whisky. Stir briskly till the mixture froths. Bottle and cork tightly. After a day or two remove the cork, and forget all about the whisky-tax.
